• Full breastfeeding basics

• Review your birth plan and discuss how and what can affect breastfeeding initiation

• Discuss you breastfeeding goals

• Ideally partner or support persons will attend as well

• Ask any questions - I am here to help alleviate any fear or anxiety you may have

• You will receive an individualized tentative plan of care based on our conversation after 24 hours. This will include resources and informational content.
